High working load with low return

My experience working at Euro Systems has been great thus far. The company has a great culture where employees are valued and everyone has a voice. Personally, I've had the opportunity to make a difference to the brand strategy and collateral content for the company, it's been a rewarding experience and I feel it's been greatly appreciated. The people are genuine, down to earth, funny, and generally very supportive. The leadership is honest and very approachable. There is a strong focus on customer satisfaction, so you can see a team that really cares about doing a good job, and happy customers constantly expressing their gratitude - which is fantastic especially in the world of IT support. In terms of workplace, the offices are very nice and comfortable, good work benefits, flexible hours, amazing coffee!

It's not a big team and in my position, I often help other areas of the business. I enjoy it as it makes my work more dynamic, but I could see it's maybe not for everyone, as some people prefer to have responsibilities that are more clearly defined.
