You will meet many people that have started working in Euroclear and stayed their entire career there. The diversity in job, training opportunities, mindset to make people of all background feel at ease really make a difference in the day-to-day. The diversity of profiles is also really great and any idea is welcome or appreciated.

Svantaggi

Very big organizations innovate slowly and rely on very costly and outdated tools. It is also harder to know which team or department are tackling specific kinds of problems. Networking is really important.

The interview process was well organized, and the team was professional and friendly throughout all stages. The technical discussions were interesting and gave a positive impression about the company culture and technologies used. However, despite the positive experience, I received a rejection after the process, and the feedback could have been more detailed.
