- team management is ok although very vague in their requirements sometimes. Learn how to manage people pls - upper management, especially Velentzas, the CEO, is a joke when it comes to structuring teams, we were severely understaffed and they totally forget about your department if you are not IT - Tools are extremely outdated and legacy, probably the oldest ones I have seen because they are too cheap and lazy to buy newer ones. Open source software from 2007 for a contract management system is ridiculous and Velentzas should be ashamed of himself. Do NOT let them fool you in the job descriptions that they use new tools, it is a lie - career pretty much flattens after one role upgrade, no wonder talented people leave after 2-3 years. - there had been a lot of firings lately with no good justification.
