Evaluation and promotion methods are not transparent. No one can explain why one person is promoted over another. There used to be a point system, but that's been done away with. No clear career guidelines or career policy below Management level. Lack of transparency in application of rules when it comes to postings abroad - the rules apply to some, but not to others. Overall low morale and very negative work atmosphere
