I have witnessed and experienced instances of condescending attitudes, dismissive behavior, and inappropriate comments. This behavior is not adequately addressed by management. Ineffective Support: The current management team and procedures for handling complaints about discrimination and harassment are insufficient. Reports of disrespect and harassment are often ignored or not taken seriously.
