Parent company shows promise. Company vehicle or vehicle allowance for those eligible but must meet 5 year 150,000 mile policy. President must approve your vehicle of choice. Good hard working people who have worked together for a long time in need of better leadership.

The culture at Eurovia USA is disappointing. You work hard for Eurovia USA but they will do the minimum for you in return. The dedication is one sided. There is a "do your job and keep your mouth shut" mentality. You can raise concerns but they will fall on deaf ears. The only saving grace is a good manager but their hands are tied by the old school mentality of leadership. Raises barely keep up with inflation and the health coverage is not competitive. You better be ready to spend a lot of money out of pocket for any health issues you or your family may have. Work life balance is a frequent reason why people leave. If you have children, expect your spouse to pick up the slack." Work smarter. Not harder." is for the weak. You will be expected to be flexible for the company; come in early, late, last minute, on weekends, etc. but they won't be flexible with you. There's PTO but no dedicated sick time. They will take your PTO if you're sick. They will take your PTO if you catch COVID. They will take your PTO if you work from home. This zero tolerance policy leads to sick people coming into the office and spreading germs and employee burnout. The company president has shown no tolerance for flexible work and all who work below him are too scared to speak up, leading to good employees leaving for better opportunities. The people who are still around end up picking up the work of their lost co-workers, having to train and re-training all because of the policy decisions and lack of flexibility made clear by the President. Even during COVID, employees were not allowed to work from home, not even office staff with the ability to do so effectively who sit in close quarters with each other. Avoidable outbreak followed. Eurovia USA knows what they can legally get away with and compassion and empathy for their employees is low on the list of priorities. Work here if you need to. A job is a blessing. But IF you have a choice, know that if you take a job here, you may have a difficult time knowing you could be working somewhere else.
