There is no work life balance kind of thing left in evalueserve now. As well as in terms of increment this is also zero. No promotions. Only promotions to favourite people. Basically employees receive preferential treatment based on personal connections or biases rather than merit or performance. This involving granting privileges, sparing consequences, or assigning better projects to certain individuals. Toxic work environment, and hinder talented or deserving employee growth.
