Horrible benefits - 3 weeks total PTO (including sick time). No 401k match. Only 6 paid holidays. No WFH (except for the CEO who works from his vacation home all summer). Horrible environment - if you're stuck in the office, there is no WFH flexibility. The office is tight for the number of people they have hired. On the rare occasion the office has a pizza party, the CEO grumbles about the cost and everyone in the field gets nothing. Turnover is so high that exits and new hires aren't announced internally or to the Dr. offices the field team works with, making it incredibly awkward. There is no plan or strategy from the CEO and COO co-founders other than to micromanage teams to hit monthly goals that are unattainable. Every executive they've hired has been fired or left fairly quickly. Everything is done in spreadsheets, making work nearly impossible because you're constantly having to update them.

The team at Evenly is really great. The work outings are fun and you can tell the company has people who want to solve real world problems. The culture of engagement provides the sense that everyone’s work matters. Also, there are always snacks in the office which is an added bonus!

As the company grows, processes are still catching up, but I this is what I expected.

Absolute lack of any type of TRUE knowledge in dentistry. Systems run by owners with zero clinical background and just going based off of whatever they think they learned at seminars Zero appreciation for their field team Honestly looking back the concept was good but executed so poorly because they don’t listen to anyone who has actually been in dentistry Virtual models don’t work, patients want in office experience and not to be over sold and under delivered. Owners had no idea what to do with any type of growth, never finished a standard process and perfected it from the inside out so everything was a mess all of the time.
