- Both the CEO and CTO are one of the most amazing and talented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have the utmost respect and admiration for their work ethic and the support they provide to the company - Smaller teams, means things get done quickly and with lots of feedback - The teams have each others backs, consultancy work can be SOMETIMES difficult, although I hardly have any bad experiences since I think leadership does a great job at selecting who they want to work with. - Work life balance is incredible - Design work is fun since you get to touch on a lot of different apps and make ideas come to life.

It is a small but really great software development company that allows you to grow and work with latest technologies (Blockchain, AI, NLP, IoT, React, React-Native, Node, Azure etc). The best thing about working there has to be the people. I have worked with large world wide companies and medium size companies but Evenset takes the cake when it comes down to having virtually zero politics and no red tape. The code reviews are thorough, peaceful and the senior developers there are incredibly helpful. The culture is really laid back with half days on friday’s, 35hr work week! The CTO and CEO plays video games with you on Friday after demo and lunch. Really cool place, highly recommend it.
