The people within the company are so wonderful. They made an incredible work family.

Many people who work here are home-based but with this job title, you are required to be in the office. You don’t have the option to work from home. Somedays, I would be the only person in the office. The work for this job title can all be automated. The office is not the finest working conditions. It was constantly freezing in the office and it made working uncomfortable.

The environment is great, everyone is always willing to help out, and having such a small company makes it feel a lot like a family. (~100 people) On the IT side of things, the crew is awesome. There's no better way to put it. They're on top of their game 24/7 and are always ready to lend a hand or tackle a whole new problem. Outside of the work environment, they're a fun bunch to hang out with, and they know their stuff. And they love a good brew.

There's not too much room to grow. Looking from an IT standpoint, this is a good small company to learn and start working with, but because it's small, there's not a whole lot more you can do/learn once you pass the 1 year mark. Their needs aren't massive enough to have you go learn and receive a few certifications.
