If you are an hourly employee you can work 100 hours per week without a break. If you are a salaried employee you will work that many hours with no vacation time.

You are promised vacation when you start but when you try and use the time you are told that you didn't work enough hours to be eligible. This includes employees that are on salary. They also deduct money from your check if one of your employees doesn't show up for their shift.
