Fantastic Job, loved every day at this job such a great crew and people who work here.

Busy season is busy slow season is SLOW.

Flexible flexible flexible flexible flexible

They will over work you even if you have less of a crew. They will tell you anything to get you to keep working. Meetings every week to say the same thing but won’t change what is wrong with the company. They constantly hire young people who don’t want to work but only to get a paycheck while the older people bust their butts. Management constantly lies to their employees but always saying how everyone is considered family, when the only real family they talk about are the owners and upper bosses(Father, sons, wives, cousins)etc. They don’t care about your concerns or problems within the company and like I said before will butter you up so will leave them alone. Worked their for 3 years and with 5 others while everyone else quit and can’t get a decent raise no matter how much money we make them a day. Taxes seem to go up every year there. Hours and pay with their high taxes never adds up. Without us employees their business will not thrive at all. They never have the right things while in the field but blame the employees for not having it. The materials we work with are useless and very old and worn out.
