- A scaling company with natural growing pains. Mostly with organization and team strategy, ramping up resources smoothly can be bumpy. The human element is never taken out of projects and processes, and there is empathy company wide that counter-acts any negatives that are associated with "growing pains"

The company has a genuinely inclusive culture where people feel welcomed and supported. Work/life balance is excellent, and being a fully remote team adds a lot of flexibility and convenience. My coworkers are consistently kind, collaborative, and always willing to help, which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable.

Some processes are still being defined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or a lack of clarity in how certain tasks should be approached. As the company continues to grow and mature, I think more structure and documentation will help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
