Svantaggi
A noticeable shift in staffing culture has created frustration for many long-term field staff. Since the current staffing manager took over, there appears to be favoritism in who gets booked, and it often feels like opportunities go to people based more on personal preference than experience, reliability, or performance in the field. There is also a strong sense that people who speak up for themselves or ask direct questions risk being overlooked for future work.
Communication has also become a major issue. Emails can go unanswered for long periods, and when staff are booked, there is often very little clarity around expectations, logistics, or what the program will actually involve.
