Pay, advancement, upper / senior management The CEO listed is not the current CEO so i won't grade that but the CURRENT president and CEO is a nasty person. It has turned into a "kiss the ring" environment where fear is the way they operate. No one is comfortable in being honest about the attitudes of a few that are completely ruining it for the many hardworking staff. Every single previous senior executive has left since Nov 23 and what replaced them is a group of ill-experienced "executives" who have no want to put forth a plan of action to grow.
