•You could deliver real results and still receive zero acknowledgment, appreciation, or basic recognition •Ideas were taken and absorbed into projects without credit, as if the original work never existed •Management showed complete indifference, treating effort and inaction the same way •Contributions felt erased, with no visibility or recognition of what was actually accomplished •The lack of feedback and recognition gradually destroyed motivation to keep putting in effort
