      - HQ is in Australia so communication becomes a challenge sometimes because of the time difference. - Benefits could be better

      Thank you for your honest review. It is much appreciated. We understand the problems with a global companies HQ being in a different location and we are looking at ways to support this.       EventsAir has taken strides to continue to improve employee happiness, work-life balance, open lines of communication and transparency within the company. I feel like I can reach out to any of the company C-suites, something that is not common in larger companies. The people who work here are also all wonderful, and all work together towards a unified goal.

      As we continue to scale up, we experience some teething issues, related to lack of staff in certain parts of the globe.
