Our management team always seek to improve EA and we do have to change and continuously adapt to stay in line with market and current competitors.
EventsAir has taken strides to continue to improve employee happiness, work-life balance, open lines of communication and transparency within the company. I feel like I can reach out to any of the company C-suites, something that is not common in larger companies. The people who work here are also all wonderful, and all work together towards a unified goal.
