One thing to keep in mind is that I joined EverCommerce shortly after their restructuring, so the company is still in the process of refining some of its internal processes and workflows. As a result, there have been moments where it’s taken a bit longer to get up to speed on certain ways of working, and things can sometimes feel a bit in flux. However, I appreciate that management is actively working on improving these areas, and I’ve seen a real commitment to streamlining processes and communication. While it can be a challenge to navigate change, it’s also exciting to be part of a company that’s evolving and setting itself up for even greater success.
