Bad CEO and CFO, rudderless ship.

Ummmmmmmmm...........the clients and the amazing (although rapidly disappearing) team other than the CEO Paul Adams and his Smithers Tyler.

The CEO/Chairman/Major shareholder Paul Adams is the worst "boss" (his words) I've ever worked for closely followed by Tyler 'Smithers' Capson. Everyone warned me what a narcissist/micro managing Trump lover he was but nothing could prepare me for how bad he was. I watched them destroy the business by an ill thought out expansion into the US (this was their second failed attempt) that cost most of us out jobs while Capson and Adams kept theirs...wtf? The board tried to stop them so they fired them too! Now I get asked in every job interview why I worked for such an idiot and all I can say is I made a mistake I'm trying to recover from. Some of the many things Adams would say are: - he'd always feed himself first - we were just a bunch of monkeys and all replaceable - Trump wasn't guilty and was the greatest US president - we just had to work harder and longer
