I’ve been here for about two years and overall it’s been a positive experience. The team is friendly and people are always willing to help if you run into a tricky case. Managers are approachable and communication is pretty open, which I appreciate. Over time I’ve learned a lot about handling different types of customer requests and working with support tools. It’s also nice that teammates share tips and knowledge, which makes the job easier.

Svantaggi

There are always areas that could be improved, but during my time here I’ve seen many things change for the better. Small imperfections happen, but the management attitude and the people matter most, and I have only positive things to say about them.

Great place to start a career in customer support. Though I started from the bottom up, the onboarding and training helped me learn the basics rather quickly. The team leads here are also approachable if you need help with anything. I would call the team atmosphere rather friendly, and people are willing to share knowledge. Schedules are fairly flexible, and within the team everyone communicates their expectations quite transparently and upfront.

I kind of expected it when I decided to get into the field, but basically, like any support role, the workload can increase during busy periods. And it took me some time to get used to handling multiple tickets at once.

It takes longer to adapt when you work fully remotely, but that may be more challenging for me since I’m not used to it yet. The company actually has many initiatives in place to help team members connect.
