It’s why we regularly conduct trainings and have an employee-led safety committee to continuously bring best practices and new ideas to our working environment. We encourage all employees to speak with their manager, a member of the leadership team, or HR if they have any concerns. We also offer a safety and ethics action line for 24-hour, confidential reporting.
