Flexibility, can get much experience

Salary/package is not attractive. Not high tech

Most of the colleagues are nice and always helpful, and they treat you like part of the family. You get tons of opportunities to learn new things and new skills, and If you're self-motivated and is willing to take initiative and put in efforts, you can "climb the corporate ladder" quickly.

With the Pros listed above.....there are definitely some more-experienced senior staff who can and should learn from their less-experienced colleagues. Managers are supposed to promote growth and cohesiveness, but there are some managers who lack the maturity and willingness to lead and nurture their people.
