Company Culture, Entry-Level. For someone who just graduated college... this job is ideal. You don't need any experience, you are guaranteed to get paid every week for doing the bare minimum, it is pretty much the 19th grade. Everyone is a recent graduate and no one really knows what they are doing.

Svantaggi

Pay, Cold Calling. The pay is horrible and they try to make it not as bad by company bonuses. You are also on a head-set for 8 hours a day.

I - Needed help with my workload and, despite repeated requests over the past year, I still haven't received any help - Increasing responsibilities without proportional salary growth - Bonus structure adjusted to be more difficult to achieve - Multiple internal teams laid off. Work transitioned to outsourced teams with lower perceived quality - Reduced sense of ownership and care from external/outsourced teams - Movement away from autonomy toward increased oversight - Reduced trust compared to earlier experience - Meeting Overload (“Meeting Fatigue”) - Uncertainty About Future State - Concerns around remote work longevity - Lack of clarity on role growth, support, and company direction
