but a lot of people are hypersensitive and controlling. Literally zero room for improvement. No health or recreational benefits. Lack of encouragement and lots of arrogance from leaders. If you don't know how to do something, don't ask - because you will be told to read a document and even that will not help you understand it. There is a lack of productivity. Everyone talks in the aisles, no one works. A lot of stupid people exist in this office. Especially the ones running the place.
