The pay was not the best but I needed to get my foot in the door. They were a subcontractor so two groups were getting their cut before got mine.

No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
