Las prestaciones son normales, nada fuera de lo común, si eres joven y te interesan prestaciones cono descuentos, cerveza y dulces gratis entonces si ofrece un poco más

Su método de conectar con el empleado es preocupante, llega sin dudas al acoso, actividades en tu tiempo libre o inclusive en tu casa o tus redes son revisadas en todo momento y cuestionadas si haces cualquier cosa que no les parece, si te llegan a apoyar con algo, como pedir incapacidad o algo similar, te lo recordarán cada vez que puedan como si ellos te estuvieran haciendo el favor

I - Needed help with my workload and, despite repeated requests over the past year, I still haven't received any help - Increasing responsibilities without proportional salary growth - Bonus structure adjusted to be more difficult to achieve - Multiple internal teams laid off. Work transitioned to outsourced teams with lower perceived quality - Reduced sense of ownership and care from external/outsourced teams - Movement away from autonomy toward increased oversight - Reduced trust compared to earlier experience - Meeting Overload (“Meeting Fatigue”) - Uncertainty About Future State - Concerns around remote work longevity - Lack of clarity on role growth, support, and company direction
