Gets your foot in the door at great places to work such as SAIC giving you and the company personnel a chance to see where and if you fit in their community before committing. Weekly pay. Recruiter maintains long-term relationship and is there when you need.

No paid time off or holiday pay. This means that when the company you are contracted to takes Thanksgiving or Christmas off with pay, there is no option to work that day so you go without. Pay is reportedly competitive with other staffing agencies, but it is still a struggle. And I am getting paid about half what my SAIC counterparts are getting paid for the exact same work.
