I received the best support during onboarding, and getting questions answered. Once my work started, it has been simple to interface with My Apex to submit time cards. Even the migration to the new authentication was seamless; I had no trouble. Additionally, I like working with my Apex manager and account manager. We connect every few months to check in. This seems to be a good frequency. In general, every person I've connected with at Apex Systems is both knowledgeable and personable.
