Literally no work life balance, expected to answer emails/phone at night and on the weekends. Incredibly high stress environment. So much micro management but no actual real help where you need it. Thrown to the dogs to find your own accounts when no one in the industry is even hiring, then you're blamed for no sales. There is no point joining this company in canada, probably much better in US. There's 'unlimited pto' but you're never able to take it so whats the point (just so they don't have to pay you out when you leave).

I - Needed help with my workload and, despite repeated requests over the past year, I still haven't received any help - Increasing responsibilities without proportional salary growth - Bonus structure adjusted to be more difficult to achieve - Multiple internal teams laid off. Work transitioned to outsourced teams with lower perceived quality - Reduced sense of ownership and care from external/outsourced teams - Movement away from autonomy toward increased oversight - Reduced trust compared to earlier experience - Meeting Overload (“Meeting Fatigue”) - Uncertainty About Future State - Concerns around remote work longevity - Lack of clarity on role growth, support, and company direction
