This is not a revolving door type of sales environment. I generally receive great feedback from management and always get the feeling they are trying to HELP, not work me into the ground. This is important in a sales and service type of environment.

I don't know of any Cons really. We receive great health benefits that are covered 100% for us as an individual but no % is covered for family members. You are hired knowing that this is commission only with a draw- so you know what you're getting yourself into.
