If you want to have all the free junk food you can eat, this is the place for you. If you are on your second job out of college, this is the place for you.

Upper management is unprofessional. The commission structure got much worse for new employees when the middle manager layer was put into place, which is why experienced recruiters stopped being hired and most of the new hires were on their second job out of college. Too much of a boiler room environment with all of the middle managers coming from the same firm, one with a poor reputation. Non-existent HR presence considering the size of the company.
