Small team with strong government client but unstable management - Recensione dipendente - Field Service Representative presso Everforth ECS

Same as most contracting work, having to worry about contract recompete regularly. Management doesnt have a true vision for future. Was laid off with NO severance after exceptional work performance over 5 years. Only given roughly 10 days notice. Management team has multiple individuals who are not qualified to lead as well as multiple phantom positions that are not needed. High amount of nepotism in upper leadership w/ multiple program level leaders hiring and promoting based on qualities unrelated to work performance, qualifications or experience.
