-No attention towards executives, while senior leaders especially c-suite and who have spent 7+ years in the organization enjoy the luxury -HR seems to be ignorant of employee issues and their expectations, they don't listen to employee grievances and no action taken at all -The company works more on an influence and connections rather than the talent, mostly the senior leaders steal the show always with awards, recognitions, promotions while the executive-level remains at the bottom even after achieving the KRAs and goals and ultimately leaves the company -Zero promotion policy and again run on influence, hike is minimal, the focus is more on cost-cutting
