Svantaggi
Lots of people with tenure who were doing all sorts of unethical and unlawful things that they got away with because executives looked the other way. The entire company is built on a house of cards and I'd be shocked if they haven't been compromised based upon their "move fast, break everything, and don't even check the spelling before you go to market" mentality. People were put into positions that they are grossly unqualified for and given access to things they never should have been allowed to touch (like customer data). Then, when the temporary employees started flowing in being rushed through the hiring process by interim, part-time leadership, that's when things went from bad to a total disaster. The leadership team is clearly full of people who have only ever run a department and not a whole company, hiding behind their assistants instead of being present and visible like real leaders. They put their heads in the sand and pretend nothing bad is happening, then they just make their legal department mop up their messes. They can't attract or keep talent, which means they won't be around much longer if it's just people staying at the company for 10+ years because they're comfortable and/or on the take. This company can't be trusted to provide basic services, let alone high consequence security.
