Svantaggi
I have a lot to share about my experience there. Although my time at that company was brief, it was sufficient to realize that I needed to leave. I was looking and taking interviews in other companies since the beggining. The HR team's behavior towards new employees, with the exception of a few, was extremely unwelcoming. They would give you hostile looks, laugh when you walked by, and make you uncomfortable during any developing conversations. Furthermore, the HR leadership team withheld crucial information from the staff until last minute, such as hiring new department members, which led to a poor onboarding experience for new hires due to the lack of internal growth opportunities. They see the NHs like a treat. I had opportunities to work elsewhere, but this particular workplace stood out as the most toxic one I've encountered. The expectations were overwhelming, demanding a 25/8 work mentality. Even as a leader, you couldn't leave before your direct reports, even if they started their workday later than you because “it doesn’t look good for the company”. Daily lunches with the team felt mandatory, and if you didn't comply, you were considered out of sync with the “team dynamic”. I'm relieved to have moved on, but I deeply regret declining offers from other companies for the sake of this awful place.
