As an engineer you get to work on challenging problems with smart people.

Could often ask for long hours, on call could be a bit tough at times.

Working at Evervault is very rewarding. You're given a lot of independence. You get to decide what is most important to work on and make all the relevant architecture decisions. You get exposed to multiple technologies and I have learned so much in my time here. You also get exposed to topics outside of engineering due to the nature of a startup which is very interesting. The team is super friendly and there's always someone happy to help. The work life balance is great and you can work the hours that suit you.

There's not many mentorship opportunities as it's still small company.
