We recognise that areas such as communication, leadership consistency, and the day-to-day. Feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Over recent months, we have been reviewing how we lead, communicate, and support our teams, with a clear focus on improving transparency, development, and the day-to-day experience of our people.
As part of this work, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to focus on standards, communication, training, and consistency across the business.
While meaningful change takes time, we are committed to doing the work properly and to listening closely as we continue to improve.
