      Too far away from where I live so commuting is difficult.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking at adding activities into our centres and climbing is one of those. Hopefully we might have a closer centre that can have climbing as an activity and therefore you can transfer and not have as far to commute. We are glad though that you enjoy the free climbing and working with your fantastic team of colleagues. We appreciate the time it took you to write this review.

      Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
