      Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts on working within Everyone Active. We always try to make pay equal but that is worked out on what the minimum wage is dependant on age of the colleague to meet the standard set by the government. The roles above are then worked out from that. We do though suggest you speak with your GM if you believe someone on the same level and in the same age bracket is being paid a different amount per hour.       Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
