Everything! Toxic management, no training. You’re not allowed to leave your desk at any point unless someone is willing to change you and that almost never happens as the phone constantly rings and there’s always customers in front desk. Customer service manager was employed without any customer service experience and was incompetent and rude.

Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
