      - The majority of staff get on well and work well as a team.

      - Poor pay. Management role is only slightly more than minimum wage. - Operation managers don't get the same treatment as department managers eg. regional meetings followed by a fun paid for event. - Cutting hours resulting on a larger workload but same expectations of quality within the centre. - Colleague culture is a main business focus but I really don't understand how it is.

We are sure you may have discussed some of your thoughts with your line manager but we strongly advise you to bring these up in your 1-2-1 with your line manager so you can both work together and combatting some of these things together.       Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
