      Payed for all time worked If you finish early your still payed until the end of your shift, 0 hour contract so very flexible, lots of hours available if you want them, 30 minute break every 6 hours

      Breaks are unpaid, poolside can be up to 40⁰C so heat exhaustion is very possible. Only paid once a month (the 25th)

      Hi, It's so good to read that you are enjoying the flexibility of a zero hour contract. We love the fact that you can do more hours if overtime is available. We take note that poolside can be very warm during the summer months so please ensure you are taking a water bottle with you during your shifts - we will pass on the comment regards the air con.       Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
