You won't be rolling out cookie cutter code or making mindless tweaks to sell more widgets, you will have genuine input into the development of systems and services that are changing the way voting works.

It's a young company, there are never enough resources to do things quite as well as you'd like, and the pressure is always on. Sometimes the hours are crazy. There are opportunities for professional development, but no guaranteed support for training or upskilling.
