Working with a few talented people that are very dedicated. Wearing many hats and getting a lot of experience with different technologies. It's not like a big company where you are silo'd to just a few duties.

It is true that there is growth that Everyone Counts, but that is due to investors and not supported by revenue. It is unsustainable and a mass layoff will be coming after the next large failure. The health insurance benefits are not good. Vacation hours are not accrued and is spun off as "unlimited vacation time" but this isn't realistic. There is no 401k matching (although there is a 401k plan). The company also classifies some workers as exempt (salary) to not pay overtime - this is illegal and they get away with it because workers will not collectively come together and call them out on it for fear of losing their job. Salary is always a tricky game as it's very hard to get a raise ... unless you threaten to quit. The products are immature and requirements are always changing. There is a lack of standardized processes which results in incorrect implementations and massive amounts of bugs. This leads to a lot of hours worked on nights and weekends for an effort that ultimately fails. These are all symptoms of a much deeper issue related to the bad decision making skills of the CEO. Beware of the positive reviews as they are brought on by recruiters asking why this company was rated so low and the marketing department sent a mass email to all employees to give 5-star ratings on glassdoor. Obvious in Nov 2015 where multiple 5-star reviews are stacked next to each other on the same and consecutive days. Honest reviews are more spread out and given during random times.
