Can be a good networking opportunity if you meet them before they leave, but most everyone will eventually find a life boat off this sinking ship. - Constant restructuring of the company as it has broken off and since been re-merged with Atos. - Clueless and uninvolved management. - Revolving door of an executive board, get used to frequent CEO, CFO, etc - Completely dead work culture - Underfunded bonus pools - No raises
