Lies lies and more lies, the turnover of staff speaks volumes, expected to work a additional hours a month to hit targets as you can’t without breaching the working time directive, this will make you earn less than the minimum wage per hour, you will be encouraged to manipulate and break compliance law to get deals done jeopardising your livelihood and career, you won’t get a lunch "half hour" and management will talk behind everyone’s backs. This is the most toxic environment and culture I have seen in my life, do not get entrapped in this, when you see senior leaders email footer say "defend our culture" you have to ask yourself why? The culture is a disgrace, if I told the things i've seen, people would be fired and in court right now, the underwriting is despicable they won’t lend to a decent person on the 1st of the month but will lend to a smack head at month end to hit target? I hope the authorities shut the vile business down, hideous culture, stay well clear, oh and you can’t have holidays at the end of the month, any month including Xmas, they have tried to get this honest review taken down 3 times now.
