There is a sense of camaraderie among the junior staff and opportunities to work for interesting and prestigious clients. The atmosphere can be positive when senior management is in a good mood. Compensation increments are decent in some departments, but progression is blocked by arbitrary exams conducted at the whim of senior management and graded largely based on favoritism.

Leadership is insensitive, unreceptive, and occasionally abusive. Screaming, shouting, and public shaming in the office is not unusual. The expectation is to prioritize the company above all else. No training is provided. Outright sexism and racism are commonplace.

Good team members, international environment.

Just overall toxic environment. Higher-ups and management abuse their power.
