Working at Evolution Development Group has proven to be more of a challenge than I thought at the beginning, but in a very good way. Every day you're challenged to hit and exceed your goals, and you're always learning something new. The company is growing which makes it very exciting to be a part of. In my opinion, this company is going places and I've been very impressed in our successes thus far.

People who come from jobs where they didn't interact with people or customers on a daily basis will find this position and career path difficult, potentially. It can be hard to wrap your head around the promotion structure and bonuses unless you have had some experience in sales.

People are nice enough, or at least they act nice enough, honestly hard to tell since everyone is a salesperson

Pretty much the job itself, sure they train you for it, but if you cant keep up with them, they will just let you go. They talk big about how everyone looks out for each other, yet if you cant make a sale or if you need more time to practice the skills needed, theyll quite litetally just drop you and move on.
