Greatest job I've ever had. Fun all breaks are paid. Only 8 hours per day not your traditional 8.5 or 9 hour day. They do prefer to hire internally for most positions.

There leadership doesn't take care of there good people. They are not consistent. They do nothing for their people with seniority, not hourly increase, no bonuses for them, no recognition, no incentives and their turnover rate is tremendously higher ( about 75-90% so if you are looking for a job they are always hiring). They make their good people level and go to their competitions, which is why their turnover over rate is higher than what it probably should be, all of their competitors are paying their people more, with bonus structures they can reach to make even more. More people are about to leave their company because they have a game show host position that is already making more than the shared tip rate for over 400 game presenters when the only have a hand full of presenters for that role. So not a company that one can plan to be with long term because of the challenges mentioned above in addition to unfair rotations. The worst part is how they do some of their best people.
